After yesterdays mega opening of the Olympic games :) we woke to a no wind grey day with high hopes for a medal in the road race but sadly after watching for hours the British riders flopped - I think they believed the hipe and lost thier way :( So with the weather improving Mag and I set off on our bikes at about hour and were gone 2/3 hours covering 15 odd miles :) starting off along the cliff top past the sea to Golfer Road to see our Owl tree - sadly he wasn't home before contining along farm track coming out by the River Orwell near Levington.We then headed to Felixstowe Docks checking out all the bird hides at Trimley Marshes and finishing with a trip along the prom past the pier and home for a late tea - made up for a disappointing day :)
